Save the best for last. No matter how
nicely warm the bed and blankets seemed, we dragged ourselves to catch the
sunrise. And we were rewarded with a perfect parting gift. The windswept,
sleepy horizon turned from dawn-blue to faint salmon-pink. Our hair was
blow-dried again into fantastic hairdos by the relentless sea winds, cold in
the morning.

Post-sunrise, our snooze on the deck chairs
was awakened by the Morning Dancercise crew. Nothing like a Gangnam-style
routine to fully make you awake in the morning!
The ship was reaching the familiar waters
of Penang, and as a last step, we did our bill settlement, collected our
passports and looked through the ship’s photo gallery where you could purchase
mementos of your stay. Ahh…it’s time to depart. As we got down the ship,
children were given free balloons by the smiling staff as a parting gift. Don’t
they think of everything to make your stay memorable to the last details? :)
